Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipping pending item availability and excluding holidays. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking confirmation number.

Please choose a shipping method that works best for you. We offer $5 basic flat-rate USPS shipping, $8 Priority Shipping with Insurance and UPS options.

PREORDERED/BACKORDERED ITEMS

In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items. We restock within 2-4 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our standard rate for International Shipping is $35.00. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

BOTEBOTE JEWELS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BOTEBOTE JEWELS will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Please be sure to confirm your mailing address before confirming your order. BOTEBOTE JEWELS is not responsible for packages mailed to incorrect addresses provided by customers. We will not be able to refund or reship packages that are confirmed delivered.
